1. Setup is from 6:30 AM the morning of the show.

2. Promoter determines assignment of space. Vendors will check in at admissions, and be directed to assigned space.

3. Vendors must check in by 8:00 AM. Any vendor who arrives after 8:00 AM risks forfeiture of space and all costs paid.

4. Early Bird Admission begins at 9:00 AM. All merchandise should be inside building and all fixtures secured by 8:30 AM.

5. Show ends at 4:00 PM. Vendors should not break down setup before end of show.

6. Vendors are expected to remove any trash at end of show.

7. No refunds will be given if vendor cancels or no shows.

8. If event is cancelled due to weather or COVID19 public health concern, vendor space will be honored at a future date.

9. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any state sales tax due.

10. Vendors hold LLC, the promoter, and any of its agents or employees harmless in the case of any loss, injury, or sickness resulting from their participation as a vendor.
