Woodbridge Collectibles POP-UP Show - Saturday, 12/14/2024 vendor table

SETUP -  

Vendors set up begins Saturday morning at 7:30 AM.

Vendors will check in, and will be directed to assigned space.

Vendors must check in by 9:00 AM. Vendors who arrive after 9:00 AM risk forfeitng table and all costs paid.

USE OF SPACE -

6 ft. table(s) will be provided, chair(s) and tablecloths will NOT.

You are responsible for bringing a chair for yourself and any helper.

Items are to be displayed on or behind table(s). Items and displays must not obstruct or enter aisles, or common space.

Woodbridge Twp Bureau of Fire Prevention mandates that all tables must be a minimum of 10 ft. from any storefront. DO NOT move or rearrange tables.

Vendors are NOT allowed to substitue existing tables for other fixtures (shelves, rack, gridwall) without prior approval.

Any fixtures (shelves, rack, or gridwall) must fit behind table, and CANNOT exceed 6 ft in height.

The use of your own table(s) for any purpose is prohibited. 

No items, displays, artwork, or signage can be mounted walls, railings, or mall property.

DO NOT leave any trash, empty boxes, or abandoned merchandise at table or in parking lot.

PROHIBITED ITEMS - 

NO SALES OF PROHIBITED ITEMS, including but not limited to: bootleg or counterfeit items of any kind including Lego like mini figures from China, any  actual or replica weapons; adult items; vaping pens and oils; cannabis, pipes, or other paraphernalia.

NO GAMES OF CHANCE.

Tables advertising services (insurance, home repair, etc.) are not allowed.

Payment and Refund policies -

NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN IF VENDOR CANCELS OR NO SHOWS.

Additional Terms -

Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any state sales tax due.

Vendors hold Jersey Shore Toy Show LLC, the promoter, and any of its agents or employees harmless in the case of any loss, or injury resulting from their participation as a vendor.
