Any vendor who arrives after 8:30 AM risks forfeiture of space and all costs paid. Early admission begins at 10:00 AM. All merchandise should be inside building and all fixtures secured by 9:00 AM.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eVendor Placement - \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePromoter determines assignment of space.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWall space, corner space, and end aisle space is limited and CANNOT be guaranteed.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eVendor Use of Space\u003c\/strong\u003e -\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eItems are to be displayed on or behind table(s). Items and displays must not obstruct or enter aisles, or common space between vendors.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNo items, displays, artwork, or signage will be mounted to walls. The venue strictly prohibits use of any adhesive, nails, tacks, fun tack, staples, or any other type of fastener on walls.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eVendors will NOT be allowed to arrange tables and fixtures in a U-shape without prior approval and without purchasing multiple spaces.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eVendors are expected to maintain their table through customer hours. Show ends at 5:00 PM. DO NOT break down setup before 5:00 PM, DO NOT abandon table space.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eVenue PROVIDES trash collection, please DO NOT leave trash, empty boxes, or abandoned fixtures in parking lot.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eVendor Conduct - \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eVendors are expected to be considerate of the venue, the promoter, their fellow vendors, and attendees, so please -\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDO NOT obstruct aisles or common space between vendors.
