Woodbridge Card Show - Saturday, 4/27/2024 Vendor Table

PAYMENT INDICATES YOU HAVE READ ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THE BELOW VENDOR AGREEMENT:

Vendor Space - 

6 ft. table(s), chair(s) and tablecloths will be provided. DO NOT bring additional tables.

Vendor Setup -  

Vendors set up begins Sunday morning at 7:30 AM.

Vendors will check in at admissions desk, and be directed to assigned space.

Vendors must check in by 8:30 AM. Any vendor who arrives after 8:30 AM risks forfeiture of space and all costs paid. Early admission begins at 9:00 AM. All merchandise should be inside building and all fixtures secured by 9:00 AM.

Vendor Placement - 

Promoter determines assignment of space.

Wall space, corner space, and end aisle space is limited and CANNOT be guaranteed.

Vendor Use of Space -

Items are to be displayed on or behind table(s). Items and displays must not obstruct or enter aisles, or common space between vendors.

No items, displays, artwork, or signage will be mounted to walls. The venue strictly prohibits use of any adhesive, nails, tacks, fun tack, staples, or any other type of fastener on walls.

Vendors will NOT be allowed to arrange tables and fixtures in a U-shape without prior approval and without purchasing multiple spaces.

Vendors are expected to maintain their table through customer hours. Show ends at 4:00 PM. DO NOT break down setup before 4:00 PM, DO NOT abandon table space.

Venue PROVIDES trash collection, please DO NOT leave trash, empty boxes, or abandoned fixtures in parking lot.

Vendor Conduct - 

Vendors are expected to be considerate of the venue, the promoter, their fellow vendors, and attendees, so please -

DO NOT obstruct aisles or common space between vendors. If it is determined that a vendor's display presents an inconvenience, or worse, a hazard, that vendor is expected to remove merchandise or disassemble display immediately.

NO SALES OF PROHIBITED ITEMS, including but not limited to: bootleg media; actual or replica swords, knives, or other weapons; adult items; vaping pens and oils; cannabis, pipes, or other paraphernalia.

NO GAMES OF CHANCE.

Tables advertising services (insurance, home repair, etc.) are not allowed.

We reserve the right to eject WITHOUT REFUND any vendor that violates the above terms!

Payment and Refund policies -

NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN IF VENDOR CANCELS OR NO SHOWS.

If event is cancelled, vendor space will honored at a future date.

Additional Terms -

Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any state sales tax due.

Vendors hold Jersey Shore Toy Show LLC, the promoter, and any of its agents or employees harmless in the case of any loss, injury or sickness resulting from their participation as a vendor.
