Payment and Refund policies -

NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN IF VENDOR CANCELS OR NO SHOWS.

If event is cancelled, vendor space will honored at a future date.

Additional Terms -

Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any state sales tax due.

Vendors hold Jersey Shore Toy Show LLC, the promoter, and any of its agents or employees harmless in the case of any loss, injury or sickness resulting from their participation as a vendor.
